Couple Passed Out in Car with Kid & Heroin in Kennewick
And the winner to the “Kennewick Mother and Father of the Year” goes too…Anthony Micahel Paladin, 29, and Starr C. Link, 26! They were found passed out in their car by police with drug paraphernalia and heroin in plain sight off West Clearwater Ave. Police searched the car and found more drugs, paraphernalia, and some cash according to news reports.
Both were booked into the Benton County Jail and the child was taken into protective custody.
