Even when the snow has everyone in a bustle, this dude's gotta hustle.

Adan Uribe Chapa is probably kicking himself for this. After all the flurries and fury had subsided, Chapa was allegedly breaking into cars and stirring up nonsense.

Pasco police officers were called out near 14th and Lewis street to investigate a car, door open, contents missing, with tracks nearby. They found more cars that had been apparently broken into.

Police were able to follow the tracks right to their culprit and arrested Adan Uribe Chapa on two burglary charges. However, they're looking to stack some more on him and are making calls to other potential victims.
