Chicken Shack Window Busted and Thief Steals Just Cookies

The Chicken Shack in West Richland needs a new window thanks to the idiot with the worst case of the munchies ever seen. The perp, or 'cookie monster', breaks in, steals cookies and DROPS THE COOKIES ON THE WAY OUT.  What a dingleberry.
