I am always amazed at how generous our Tri-Cities community really is.  It seems the greater the need, the more we pull together and get great feats accomplished.

2020 is no different, pandemic in full-force, our state in a stoppage. This, of course, has many out of work.  So, how will Thanksgiving come together?

A group of local cooks and chefs got together a few years ago to create "Chefsgiving."  They served dinners to people who need food for the holiday.

This year, things will be a little different.  The meal will NOT be served on-site, however, people in need will receive an individual pre-packaged dinner to go.

The meals will be handed out from 11 am till 2 pm on Thanksgiving day, at Flag Plaza in Downtown Kennewick at 204 W. Kennewick Ave.  (See map below)

Cars will enter Flag Plaza off of Benton Street from the north and will exit on to Kennewick Ave.

As you can imagine, there is a need for food donations.  If you can donate, they'll accept turkeys, potatoes, and anything for Thanksgiving dinners.  Please bring your donations to Red Mountain Kitchen at 212 W Kennewick Ave., Kennewick, WA 99336.
