DID YOU KNOW… when there’s an internet or cable outage, you can call the next day and request a credit. YOU HAVE TO CALL FOR IT.  Why don't they just give it to us? I think it's because they are counting on the fact that you won't call. It is a pain and they seem to make sure it is. Usually it's only a $2 credit. But magnify that $2 by each and every single person who went without internet yesterday and it really adds up!  Call 1-855-757-7328 and I wish you the best of luck! And no, I won't pay my bill on auto-pay. I want to see my bill every month, so when they sneak in a $5 increase I will know about it right away. Funny how $59.99 for internet only can suddenly make it's way to $64.99.
