Caught Live: Reporter Spits in Hand, Rubs in Hair

As a broadcaster, I just had to share this video. I find it hilarious and horrifying! Many times over my radio career I have accidentally left my mic open. Everything from casual conversation to cuss words that would make your grandma shudder has accidentally made it to the airwaves on my show. Most of it was buried by the music as I was not right on the mic, but still...horrifying! Hey, it's bound to happen when you turn the mic on and off a few thousand times a year, right? It's the same for these brave TV reporters who stand in the dark or the rain or the heat, waiting and waiting for the anchor to send it live to their location....sometimes you're just not ready!
