Can You Help Richland PD Identify These Thieves?

Richland Police would like your assistance.  Can you identify the two persons in the photo?

They're wanted in connection with a vehicle prowl and use of stolen credit cards.

The image on the left appears to be male.  However, one cannot make that assumption with everything covered. Take note. They're wearing a gray and blue jacket, sweat-pants, brown stocking cap, and tennis shoes.  And, carrying, an item.

On the right, this person is sporting a green sweatsuit and also, carrying some sort of box-type object.

Glad to see that both are masked up.
