According to reports, the former Red Robin in Richland will soon be making way for 2 new restaurants along the busy Richland street.
They say location is everything in real estate and this is a prime location on a well-traveled street that should provide the new tenants with lots of potential customers.
That's how Panda Express is viewing the location. In an article from the Tri-City Herald, Panda Express is eyeing the location for a new restaurant as they expand with another location in the Tri-Cities.
The old Red Robin restaurant is located at 924 George Washington Way and once was also known as City Buffet. City Buffet opened in 2004 and closed down in 2014.
