Bose Solo…Not Enough Bass? [VIDEO]

Last week I blogged about a great deal on the Bose Solo for your TV. QVC had them for $279. Mine came to my front door and my excitement was short lived when I plugged it in. There are a lot of reviews out there about the lack of bass, an unusual problem for Bose. After a lot or research, I'm keeping it since it's 1000 times better than the speakers on any TV, but having had a full Bose surround sound system (old school model) it doesn't match up. Bottom line: It's not supposed to. For the price it's excellent. If I want to match what I had years ago, Bose has up graded that but for $1000 more with all the speakers, bass unit and bells & whistles. Here's how I'm improving my Bose Solo to get a little more thump on movie sfx and music:
