Benton County Judge Arrested for DUI Pleads NOT GUILTY

The Judge and former Richland City councilmen plead Not Guilty to one count of gross misdemeanor Driving under the Influence (DUI). Judge Tanner admitted to drinking at Buffalo Wild Wings in Kennewick that evening, additionally it appears the Judge had crashed his vehicle, no word on if there was any damage as a result of the crash.

Judge Tanner sits on the Bench for Benton County and handles traffic cases and ironically DUI cases...
