Benton City’s Winterfest Happens this Saturday!

Benton City is a wonderful little spot in the world. If you've never been there you are definitely missing out. A good excuse to visit Benton City would be the Winter Fest 2021! That will be happening this Saturday, December 11th from 9 a.m. to 7 pm.

So what the heck is going on at the Winterfest? A whole lot! The day will start with the Santa Run 5K and the Reindeer Trot at 9 am. If you're like me and don't really care to run much (or even trot), then show up at 10 a.m. for some holiday shopping at the Winterfest Bazaar. That goes on until 3 p.m. with 30 unique vendors. Grab a raffle ticket and maybe you'll win something cool!

Bring the kiddos and get pictures with Santa from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the community center. There will be games food and lots of entertainment and free admission.

Of course, it starts getting dark around 4:30 these days, so that's when things will start to brighten up with the lighted parade at 5 p.m. at Ki-Be Middle School and ending at the corner of Babs Avenue and 9th Street.

After the parade, you'll enjoy the City Park for the annual tree-lighting ceremony. For all the details click HERE.
