Sometimes fictional stories told in movies aren't too far off from the truth.

After hearing the state of Washington fined a Kennewick doctor $8,000 for being a jerk to his employees, I couldn't help but think of Horrible Bosses. Sure, it was an outrageous movie with a pretty crazy premise.

But was it on to something?

I've been lucky to work for some great people. I honestly haven't had a nightmare boss.

By the way, this boss in our story was forced to go through psychotherapy and had to see a specialist for "professional behavior." So if your boss is being a jerk, there are ways to get them to see the error of their ways. Don't be afraid to tell someone!
