A New Roasters Coffee Looks to Be Opening on 27th Ave

The lot at 27th and Vancouver in Kennewick is finally taking shape and if the building structure is correct, it looks like a new Roasters Coffee location.

My wife had mentioned weeks ago that she thought the lot at 27th and Vancouver was going to be a gas station but from the angles, it didn't look possible.

We knew it couldn't be a house either as the lot again wasn't big enough.

It now looks like it'll be the home of a new Roasters Coffee.

I snapped a photo on my drive home and the building's architecture gives it away.

I know it's not conclusive evidence but it surely looks like their building.

I'm not sure when the stand will open but it looks like in the next few months it'll be open.
