Just south of Hermiston on Hwy 395 is Stanfield, Oregon. Just a little south of Stanfield is a nice little spot in the world called Echo, Oregon. As you can see in the Facebook post below from the Stanfield Police Department, when you enter Echo there's a nice welcome sign with a lady dressed in old-fashioned clothing welcoming you to the town.

That lady is Echo Koontz Miller. Her father established the city of echo back in 1880. Suddenly Echo's silhouette was missing and Stanfield Police were on the case. It didn't take long to find out that four juvenile thieves had taken Miss Echo, and that led to the parents being cited for failure to supervise.

Good. Watch your damn bratty, thieving kids, will ya?
