16 Year Old Drives 110 MPH Through Pasco, Cops Notice

I'll just refer to the 16 year old that cops just busted for driving at 110 mph on I-182 through Pasco as 'Leadfoot.' Now, in Leadfoot's defense, 110 mph is only 40 mph over the speed limit on 182. I mean, it's not like it was 110 mph in a crowded school zone. So there's that. Also, Leadfoot had apparently been drinking. Now, how experienced is one's liver at the tender age of 16? A couple of beers or a big swig of Jack and you're well on your way to making poor choices. Oh, and the fact that he didn't even have a drivers license? Yeah, not his fault, either...he was sick on test day. Poor, misunderstood Leadfoot.
