You probably have heard me talk about my new Salsa Dance Class I'm taking! It's so much fun! I'm just a beginner, but it's such great exercise and it's FUN!

Wow! I was amazed at how many cool classes, courses, crafts and fitness activities are available through The City of Richland's Park & Rec Dept. I think a lot of times people forget to consider city run classes, and activities and they are usually very affordable and well organized.
