I was talking with my scientest friend Mr Know-It-All from PNNL out at Hanford and the scientists and other really smart people out there have done a scientific study that just proved that you don’t need wine or champagne to put your woman in the mood.

Fix her a glass of organic licorice tea, and leave out some Good and Plenty licorice candy to snack on. It turns out the scent of licorice drives women crazy. In fact, a study discovered that women who were around the smell of licorice were far more likely to be “in the mood” compared to women who were around the scent of men’s cologne.

Hmmm…I wonder what other scents drive women crazy?

Just days before her new single ‘Good Girl’ is scheduled to be officially released, Carrie Underwood has given fans a sample of the until now unheard track from her upcoming fourth studio album. In a video released on her official website on Tuesday, Underwood takes fans inside the studio.

“I thought I’d give you guys a little teaser, cause hey, what are they gonna do to me?” the blonde country superstar asks before swinging the mixing room door open, releasing a flood of uptempo country goodness. The song seems cut from the mold of ‘Before He Cheats’ or ‘Undo It.’ It’s the bad girl Underwood that fans will hear from first.

“I cannot wait for you to hear the whole thing. It will be coming to a radio near you very soon. I hope you like it.” The still-untitled album is due in stores May 1.

Underwood’s website says the song will be released on Feb. 23. In fact, there is a ‘Good Girl’ countdown that is pecking away the seconds to midnight ET. It may be a very late night for the singer’s most loyal fans.

102.7 KORD is presenting Rodney Carrington’s Laughter’s Good Tour!

Texas native Rodney Carrington has been making audiences laugh for almost 20 years with his unique brand of stand-up comedy.

The country singer-songwriter has recorded eight major label comedy albums that sold more than two million copies. His hits include “Dancin’ With a Man,” “Show Them to Me,” and “Don’t Look Now.”

Carrington is also an actor having starred in his own sitcom, ‘Rodney’ that ran for two seasons on ABC. He also co-wrote and co-starred in the feature film, “Beer for My Horses with Toby Keith.”

In 2008, Carrington co-starred in Trace Adkins’ hit music video, “I Got My Game On” and later won a CMT Music Video Award for it.

His 2009 hit “If I’m the Only One” debuted at No. 2 on Billboard’s Comedy Music charts.

He also is the author of Rodney Carrington: Coming Clean.

The North American “Laughter’s Good” tour will feature his comedic songs and hilarious stand-up.

Taylor Swift and Zac Efron appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Tuesday to promote their new animated movie, Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax, in theaters March 2.  During the interview, Taylor denied that she and Zac are in a relationship.

“We are not a couple,” Taylor told Ellen. “He is awesome.  We are not a couple though.”

Taylor says it was really improbable that she and Zac would fall on love on the set since The Lorax was animated.  She joked about it saying, “Like, ‘Oh my God, as we were recording our voiceovers on separate coasts, we really connected.’”

I really don’t know much about this picture, it was sent to me about 10 minutes ago. It is my granddaughter, she apparently has been watching the fashion channel, and by the look on her face she is very pleased with her ensemble. Thank you Bailey, I was having one of those not so fun days, but after looking at this my problems just faded away. The title on the picture that was sent said, no clue?? I thought that this was rather humorous. A friend of mine Cindy from Fudgies Bakery in Richland (Yes I have friends) sent this picture of an unusual item that somebody left behind in a store parking lot.

No I have pulled into a parking lot and found the empty half rack of beer bottles….and I think “Who would be so bored that they had to drink in a store parking lot?” Is there a velvet rope and a doorman for that special drinking section of the parking lot.

Well I don’t know what special part of the parking lot this was and how the person presumably female lost this piece of clothing but I did find it an interesting story line about how this person became seperated from their underwear in a store parking lot. Was it maybe just laundry that feel out of the trunk? Was a dog that dropped it? did it fall out of the talons of an eagle that was flying overhead?

Let your imagination run wild I guess. But it does make me wonder? What kind of unusual things have you ever found in a store parking lot?

'Ellen'

“We are not a couple.”

That is what Taylor Swift said more than once to Ellen DeGeneres on her namesake show this morning (Feb. 21) while promoting her animated film ‘The Lorax’ with hottie and supposed boyfriend Zac Efron. While they would make quite an attractive couple, Swift repeatedly shot down the rumors, though Ellen kept jokingly referring to them as a couple throughout their interview.

For his part, former ‘High School Musical’ star Efron smile slyly at Ellen’s repeated comments about their status, while Swift did her best to dismiss them. Does the lovely lady doth protest too much? Nah, we believe her. They’re not a couple, okay?

Ellen started out by saying, “You are both are adorable and adorable together, like a cute couple.” They responded in unison, “I knew this was going to happen.”

When speaking about how their diehard fanbases react to them, Swift said that lately, she has been getting a lot of crying fans, who come up to her shedding tears because they relate so much to her and her music. Efron joked, “She brings a tear to my eye,” to which Swift responded, “Aw, thanks.” Ellen pounced there, referencing their supposed coupledom. Again.

Swift put her well-heeled foot down later in the chat, saying, “We are not a couple. He’s awesome, we are not a couple though. You hear people get together when they’re shooting movies, co-stars. But not like animated co-stars. You know what I’m saying. Oh my God, as we were recording out voiceovers on separate coasts, we really connected.”

Swift also shared what she did on Valentine’s Day, which was throw a Pathetic Single Girls Party. “That was actually what it was called,” Swift said, qualifying that she doesn’t think single gals are pathetic. She continued, “I had my single girlfriends over and we had junk food, ate whatever wanted and danced, and made profile cards about why we were single.” Such a gal’s gal, isn’t she?

She also called the standing ovation she received at the 2012 Grammys one of the Top 5 moments of her life. Of course, DeGeneres pressed her about the other four, while joking that dating Zac Efron is one on the list. Swift claimed that “winning ‘Album of the Year’ at the Grammys, playing Gillette Stadium, playing with James Taylor, the standing ovation at the Grammys and buying my kitten” are her Top 5 moments in life.

Ellen also gifted each star with t-shirts sporting phrases about their relationship statuses, which they could change as things progress or devolve. Phrases such as “Lovers,” “Just friends,” “We Only Hooked Up Once” and “We Broke Up” were printed on the conversation tees. Efron joked about how that would really clarify things for the two as they dodge the rumors.

While on set, Efron and Swift laid down a cover of Foster the People’s ‘Pumped Up Kicks’ … though they reformatted the hit to fit their appearance on ‘Ellen.’ Watch below!
