Who Tried to Fire-Bomb Cars Inside a Pasco Towing Lot?

I guess there are a few reasons to want to fire-bomb a car that is locked up inside a towing lot.

Maybe because it was repossessed and you're just made at it? Anyway, a couple of cars were victims of an attempted arson at a tow lot in Pasco. They weren't very good at it though. It appears the cars were doused with gasoline or a similar flammable liquid and then a molitove cocktail was thrown at them. I think their fire-bomb device needed a little bit better design or something.
