Who Remembers Clint Black's 'Nothing But the Taillights'?

With Garth Brooks' new tour taking off like a rocket and everyone talking about what a legend he is, I couldn't help but remember when he was young and said his dream was to some day get as big as Clint Black!

My favorite Clint Black song is "Nothin' But the Taillights" from 1997. A memory I'll always have is my son mis-hearing the line,

She hit me with the left and right
Showin' me nothin' but the taillights
That's about as lonely as the highway's ever been
Back here with my thumb out in the wind"

He asked, "Daddy, why does he have his bum out in the wind?" LOL!
