The whole city of Chicago started an Uproar after winning the world series...this is what it sounded like.

After surviving their record sixth elimination game of the 2012 postseason on Monday night, the San Francisco Giants advanced to the 2012 World Series. There, they will face the Detroit Tigers starting Wednesday night at AT&T Park in San Fran. Here's a preview of the 2012 World Series:

Someone over at MLB sure loves country music. Last night, Scotty McCreery sang the National Anthem at the first game of the World Series. He was followed by fellow country superstar Trace Adkins, who belted out the song this evening at before Game 2 between the Texas Rangers and the St. Louis Cardinals.

The Kennewick American Youth Baseball team is headed to the World Series in Aberdeen, Maryland on August 11th. The team is hoping to raise nearly $20,000 to help cover the cost of travel, hotel and meals for the players and their families during the 11 days of the tournament...
