Ballots can be rejected for various reasons but the number one reason is that the signatures don't match.

The primary election in Benton and Franklin counties saw a record number of ballots mailed in but sadly more than 2,000 votes didn't count for one simple reason.

Oregon is considering lowering their voting age to 16 according to a new bill that is being proposed in the Oregon Legislature.

If you haven't voted yet you better hurry.  Your ballot must be postmarked no later than November 6, Election Day or deposited at an official ballot drop off location by 8 p.m.
