Singer Songwriter Kate Turner is helping to raise funds for a family who's home burned down. She'll be playing at Tagaris Winery this coming Sat April 13th. I love Kate. Not only is she a wonderful person, but I love her songwriting...

My friend Lisa and her lovely hubby Ron went on a Dave Koz Cruise and she got to go up on stage! She was serenaded by all three musicians! I can imagine she was just simply in heaven! She sent me the link and said it was okay to share! Check it out it's AWESOME...

I went to visit my son and his girlfriend in Austin, Texas last week. The weather was beautiful and 6th Street was hopping! I visited Austin Tx this past week and had so much fun!! My son Brenden and his girlfriend Aisha took me all around the Austin" music scene" downtown on 6th street. We stopped to listen and talk to a couple of the street performers and they were so cute and nice...

Oh sure it's gonna be cloudy and cool and not very nice so that gives you every excuse to sit in your comfy chair and do nothing! That's not much fun! How about taking in one of these cool events from the Tri Cities Visitor & Convention Bureau! It's too early in the season for couch potatoes so we'll see you out doing something! At least go out and buy some Halloween candy!

I blinked and looked at the calender and saw September 14. Then I saw September 22nd and saw that day was the first day of fall! I can't believe our summer is gone! That's what the calender says. Mother nature has other plans. Should be a nice warm weekend to enjoy some great outdoor fun...
