According to the CDC the single best way to prevent the flu is to get a flu vaccine before each season (October).

Tri-Cities Community Health, with locations in Pasco, Richland and Kennewick, joined the Waking Crew this morning in the KORD studio to give flu shots! We got ours! Have you received yours yet?
