A parade, a car show, dancing, beer, and food - this weekend in Pasco is all about Cinco de Mayo! Cinco de Mayo is Spanish for the “fifth of May” and highlights and celebrates Mexico’s victory over the Second French Empire at the battle of Puebla in 1862.
With Cinco de Mayo on a Monday, most of the festivities this year are on Friday and Saturday. If you do a little traveling, you could celebrate a four-day weekend!
