Richland Police Seeking This Peeper Creeper Theft Suspect

If all he took was the gas can, well, that's kinda worthless.

But seriously, Richland Police are seeking to ID this man, in connection with an alleged theft that occurred March 1, Monday.

The man, who didn't appear to bother concealing himself in any way, appears to be peering and loitering in either daylight, or a well lit area.

Maybe he used the can to siphon gas, who knows?
