A Moses Lake woman was killed in a hit-and-run accident over the weekend on State Route 17. The Washington State Patrol is looking for the driver of a vehicle that left the scene of the accident.

According to the WSP, 23-year-old Emily Allen lost control of her vehicle and rolled across the center line. She was ejected from her vehicle and was struck by two vehicles.

The first car that hit her kept driving and the second driver stopped to help her.

WSP is not pursuing manslaughter charges but believes the driver may have thought they hit debris and kept driving.

WSP is still investigating, but says Emily Allen wasn't wearing a seat belt when she was ejected from her vehicle.
