Marijuana Is Now Legal in Washington State as of Dec. 6

Since marijuana is now legal in WA state as of Dec. 6, does that mean people can smoke in public?... I have several unanswered questions.

NO! you cant smoke in public it will be treated the same as alcohol.

You have to be 21 and older.

You cannot smoke and drive, if you do so it will be treated as a DUI.

You can't have more than an ounce in your possession.

Personally, I'm disappointed this passed... what do you think?
