Indeed, not only are strange things afoot at a Kenneick Circle K, but knife-wielding suspects, on foot did they get away, from a robbery at the Circle K store on S. Washington.

The clerk met the demands of two knife wielding robbers who exited with about $400 in merchandise and the obligatory "undisclosed amount of cash."

On 01/29/20 at approximately 3:54 am, Officers were dispatched to a robbery that had just occurred at Circle K 104 S Washington St in Kennewick, WA. The robbery involved two suspects armed with a knife and the store clerk. Officers quickly set a containment area around the location, as the store clerk said the two suspect males left the location on foot southbound. Kennewick's K9 Officer responded to the location to help search the area. The description given to Officers for the suspect males was both were wearing all dark clothing. The area was checked and the suspects were not located.

The suspects had taken a small amount of cash and $400.00 worth of merchandise. The clerk did not suffer any injuries and complied with the demands of the robbers.

This case is still under investigation by the Kennewick Police Department.
