Five persons arrested on multiple charges

Richland Police reported Friday it was citizen tips and complaints about potentially illegal and unusual activity at this home led to surveillance, and then a raid.

Tuesday afternoon, RPD, along with help from Kennewick, Pasco PD and the Benton County Sheriff's office, raided this home at 306 Adams Street in Richland.

According to RPD, after getting numerous complaints, they placed the home under watch and developed enough evidence to go in. The Richland Police Street Crimes Unit surrounded the home along with the other officers, and initially the people inside refused to exit.
