WSU Drops Shocking Upset to Eastern Washington

Tonight's loss will be the fifth consequtive home opener loss for Washington State.

The Eagles overwhelmed the Cougars 45-42.

Luke Falk continued to make his case as a top NFL draft choice with over 400 yards passsing, 4 TD passes, and one interception. But it was Gage Gubrud who made a big splash. The Eastern Washington QB totaled 6 touchdowns, 477 pass yards, and 77 rush yards.

WSU plays Boise State in Boise next Saturday.
