The great question...we have all asked it in our minds and discussed it with our spouses, friends, doctors....If there is one thing you could change in your life...what would it be?

The answer is not the same for everyone. It could be a simple thing! Walk in the grass with no shoes, have a salad instead of a burger, call somebody you have not talked to for awhile, maybe a little exercise. Be good to yourself! Live in the moment! You can't change the past and trying to figure out what is going to happen tomorrow will drive you crazy!

Doctors are now saying that meditation is good for your heart. We already know it's good for the soul but researchers are now discovering that meditation can help reduced the risk of coronary heart disease.

Between 1998 and 2007, study participants either engaged in meditation techniques for 20 minutes twice per day, or spent the same amount of time practicing other heart-healthy lifestyle behaviors that they were taught in a cardiovascular health education program.

The results found that TM appears to reduce the risk of death, heart attack and stroke, while also lowering blood pressure and stress levels far better than the control group which practiced heart-healthy behavior. Read more at Health News.
