Working Out More for 2016? Know Your Heart Rate Guidelines!
I was trying some new things at the gym today, mixing up my workout routine...
When it's a'Cardio Day' I usually run outside and/or hike so I can take my dog, but today I went on the Row machine and also the Elliptical. I think it's neat that you can check your heart rate on these machines to know if you are reaching your Maximum 'target zone'
It got me wondering where mine should be!
