It was too windy to barbeque yesterday so instead of letting the weather ruin my evening I headed over to Yoke's Fresh Market in West Richland and picked up some breaded pork patties to make Pork Chop John's sandwiches. Who out there knows what that is?I'm originally from Montana and everyone around the Butte area LOVES Pork Chop John's sandwiches. They tried to expand outside of Butte and it didn't work out for them.

All you need to make your own is the breaded pork pattie, which Yoke's sells. Here's a description of the sandwich from the Pork Chop John's website:

John's Pork Chop Sandwich is a Western Classic -- a lean pork sirloin sandwich with a traditon of great taste. To maintain a consistently high standard of quality only premium boneless pork sirloin is used in preparing our pork sandwich. John's Original Pork Chop Sandwich begins with 3.5 ounces of lean pork sirloin. All fat and gristle is removed resulting in a consistenly tender and completely usable product. It is then lightly breaded, battered and partially cooked. The finished sandwich weighs 4.25 ounces and consists of 70-percent meat and less than 30 percent covering.
