What Tri-Cities Traffic Lights Are the WORST? [SURVEY]

Ok, so this morning I hit every single light that could possibly turn red on me. And it wasn't red until the last moment when I wanted to run through it but couldn't quite do it. Seriously?! Whose idea was that?

Anyway, which street has the worst sequence of lights that always slow you down? I think in Pasco, 20th Avenue is the worst. In Richland, probably Jadwin or McMurray, and in Kennewick's Edison or Clearwater are always red. What do you guys think?
