Every New Year's Eve I make resolutions based on what went wrong the previous year. And like everyone else, I find resolutions hard to keep. So let's be candid and realistic: what happened in 2012 that is motivating your resolutions? What did you do wrong that you hope to fix or never repeat in 2013?

I'll start with an easy one: weight gain! I quit exercising in October and quit watching my diet in November. Now I'm 10 lbs heavier and you can guess what my resolution is!
