What Are the Dos and Don’ts Proposing Marriage in the Tri-Cities? [SURVEY]

Our "Mind Bender" question this morning was on how 6 percent of men have done _________ over the phone. Answer: propose marriage!

My better half wouldn't have said yes had I proposed over the phone, but for many ladies, the method of communication isn't nearly as important as just hearing the words. I can also think of several scenarios where a telephone proposal would be appropriate: soldier overseas, near-death experience, an Indian arranged marriage -- even a prison proposal.
