Here we go! This is the second video in the series. I have vowed to start slow and easy so that anyone can start out doing these exercises...

Gradually we will work up to more intensity and more information. I will also have experts joining me in discussion and demonstration.

We will talk about all aspects of health and how nutrition, physical fitness and our mental health all have a direct impact on how we feel and function everyday!
