UPDATE: Woman Drowns in Columbia River Trying to Rescue Daughter [VIDEO]

My heart goes out to the daughter and family of the woman who drowned while trying to rescue her daughters inflatable boat from being pulled under a commercial barge.

Sometimes freak accidents are impossible to foresee! This is so terribly sad. Please be careful in the river! It can be so dangerous!
