Creamsicle Smoothie: 1 cup coconut water, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup mango pieces, 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate, and 2 cups of ice. Blend and enjoy!

 

Strawberry Smoothie: 1 quart of strawberries, 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup orange juice, and 1 tablespoon sugar, then just blend and drink up!

 

Berry and Flax seed Smoothie: 2 tablespoons flax seeds, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1 cup mixed berries, 1 sliced banana. You know what to do, blend and enjoy!

Blueberry-Orange Smoothie: 1 cup yogurt, 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup blueberries, 3-4 ice cubes, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Enjoy!
