Train Car Restaurant in Richland is Haunted!
It's a 1947 vintage Pullman dining car and was brought to Richland 36 years ago. You know it as Monterroso's Italian restaurant. Employees tell the story of the ghost that often sits at the back table. Fortunately, he's more of a practical joker kind of ghost.
