Toddler Falls Out of Van… The Driver is Clueless!! [VIDEO]

In the city of Suzhou in east China’s Jiangsu Province and a grandfather decides to stick his grandson in the back cargo area of his mini van. I guess he's ok with not using a car seat...I guess he thinks his baby is indestructible. Thank god the child was OK! but I seriously want to punch the grandfather in the throat!
