IHOP Restaurants are celebrating its 11th annual National Pancake Day! Participating restaurants nationwide will offer each guest dining in one free short stack of buttermilk pancakes in an effort to raise $3.5 million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospital programs nationwide.

National Pancake Day Fun Facts:

  • IHOP Restaurants served over 6 million free pancakes on National Pancake Day 2015 and pancake lovers donated $3.5 million to children’s charities.
  • All of the free pancakes served on National Pancake Day 2015 would create a stack nearly 19 miles high.
  • Since the inception of National Pancake Day in 2006, IHOP Restaurants has raised $20 million to support charities in the local communities in which they operate.  
  • This year, IHOP has partnered with Snapchat to develop Sponsored Geofilters for customers dining at IHOP on National Pancake Day. Geofilters are fun and engaging location-based art that can be added to photo and video Snaps. Snapchatters will be able to reveal the creative overlays while they’re in-restaurant.
