This Will Put You in Jail During the Burn Ban [VIDEO]

It's summer in the Tri-Cities, and we are now under a red flag fire warning. The ban means all outdoor burning in forest and agricultural lands in Eastern Washington is prohibited, though recreational fires in approved fire pits within designated county, municipal and other campgrounds are still allowed.
