I've been making some observations lately...I thought it was just ME! But, Nope! I have found that generally there are certain things that really throw people into a complete MELTDOWN!   Topping of the list I think,  is Not being able to find their CELL PHONE! (When it's not just misplaced, but seriously MISSING) people go bizerk!! Myself included!

Same kind of reaction when they lose their wallet, complete with credit cards, ID etc. or their car keys!

BEING STUCK IN TRAFFIC- when you need to be somewhere and are running late is also something that makes people's blood pressure skyrocket!

And for me, TECHNOLOGICAL ISSUES are a sure fire way to get me to start saying some bad words!

Last but not least, not being able to sleep...is the most insane driving thing EVER! It will turn a person CRAZY! (that is why I'm crazy I believe! I've never been a good sleeper!)

And then for me in particular, if you add any one of those things in with being tired and/or hungry...well, that is a total recipe for MELTDOWN!

I try to remember, that NOTHING should be THAT important to make us feel like we are going to blow a gasket, flip a lid, go totally ballistic, or have a complete and utter meltdown! And, even though we are at work or somewhere where we have to hide that emotion and it looks like we are fine,  we still put our body through an immense amount of stress!

Sometimes 'venting' helps you remember not to stress out so much so take the poll and tell me what stress's you out the most!
