One of the best things about summer is getting outside and enjoying things we love out in the Tri-Cities sun. Living in a place that sees so much sunshine means we can plan outdoor festivals and markets without much worry about the weather (except that darn wind!) Music festivals in the Tri-Cities are awesome, and I'm so stoked that the Tumbleweed Music Festival is back! It's a pretty new festival, so you may not have heard about it. It features great local and NW area bands/artists, and is open to all ages.

This year the festival falls on Labor Day weekend (Aug 31- Sept 2) and features 5 stages including an open mic stage, an indoor dance floor, workshops, vendors and more! Pretty much everything is free to the public, except a few events, and there are song writing competitions and more! There's so much going on, so click here to get the schedule and see all the things going on! Make sure not to miss this year's festival!
