Last Night I watched this on Netflix! And was again reminded about how easy it is to fall back into the 'eating bad mode' It's all around us, it's nearly crammed down our throats...

It's much more time consuming to plan, shop and cook our healthy meals that will do our body good with REAL nutrition! So, how do we win this battle!??

I guess by constantly reminding ourselves that we are NOTHING without our HEALTH! We must think about our future generations and how they are learning to eat! 50% of the world is OBESE. Even some are thin, but FAT inside. Their bodies starving for nutrition but with skyrocketing cholesterol and diabetes!

So slow down, take the time, make your nutritional choices count! FEED your body with FRESH, Healthy food! Here is a good reminder of what is going on in our world today that affects all of us! It's not ALL about exercise! Exercise is vitally important! But, about 80% of it is WHAT YOU EAT, that can kill you!

Start now to change the way you eat and exercise!
