This recipe actually fits the cold weather, too, before we start slathering our BBQ meats with Sweet Baby Ray's in the summertime...

10-12 chicken pieces (legs, thighs, breasts)

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons cinnamon

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon nutmeg

salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in large bowl and add chicken.  Toss until well coated with mixture and let stand at least 1 hour.

This is more of a high heat recipe as it tastes great almost blackened.  Make sure your chicken is cooked thoroughly.
