From the pictures, pretty clear NO type of truck regardless of make or model, would have been able to get out of there. Towing is going to be fun!

Sunday afternoon, Kennewick police were called to the Clover Island boat launch, for a report of a truck that tried to 'join' the boat for an excursion. Police say the driver was trying to pull the boat out of the water, but the truck slid down the launch ramp and ended up fully submerged...

The crash tied up traffic at Highway 395 and Hildebrand in Kennewick for hours. Fortunately, the bus was not full or the crash would have been far worse. Five people on board were injured, one seriously, but no fatalities.
