The Blue Bridge (aka the Pioneer Memorial Bridge) between Pasco & Kennewick is scheduled for their annual inspection of the structure. The north bound right lane will be closed down today, as it was yesterday in the other direction. Workers expect to wrap up the inspection before it gets dark.
