Should I Buy a Boat? [POLL]

My son got a good chunk of cash from graduation gifts and he says he wants a boat. I kind of want one too. What do you think?

I could probably get a loan for one with monthly payments under $70. If my boy adds his graduation money and I put a little extra toward it we could pay it off in no time.

He wants to take friends out fishing and water skiing. I want to take my mom out fishing -- maybe Woody sometimes.

We're thinking one of those "jet-ski" boats that suck water up and spit it out. They're little but will still pull for water skiing and seat 4.

Good idea or bad idea?
